1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the 8777dat platform (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Platform.

This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the "Player") and 8777dat (the "Operator"). Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.1 Language of Agreement

This Agreement is written in English. In the event that any translation is provided for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances. All correspondence between the Player and the Operator regarding disputes, account matters, or legal notices shall be conducted in English.

1.2 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms published on the Platform, constitutes the entire agreement between the Player and the Operator with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind, whether oral or written.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the 8777dat Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by 8777dat for any violation of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement with 8777dat or any affiliated platform.

2.1 Age Verification

8777dat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or at any subsequent point during your use of the Platform. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility

8777dat is an offshore gaming platform. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. The Operator makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. 3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services on 8777dat, including placing bets and making deposits, you must create a registered account. Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Operating multiple accounts (commonly referred to as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit, subject to the welcome bonus terms published on the Platform at the time of registration. The welcome bonus carries a standard 30x wagering requirement applied to the total of the deposit plus bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of account registration and wagered within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any time.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal can be made from a bonus balance.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the 8777dat Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type, as published within the Platform. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity.

6.1 Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a sporting event, 8777dat's decision, made in good faith and based on available information, shall be final. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8777dat Platform. Engagement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Underage gambling: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.

• Fraud: Using fraudulent payment details, stolen credit or debit cards, or any other form of financial deception to deposit funds.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity.

• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonuses through matched betting, arbitrage, multiple account strategies, or any method designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• System exploitation: Identifying and exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software or game content to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour toward Platform staff, customer support agents, or other players in any live game or chat environment.
• Unauthorised commercial activity: Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent, broker, or affiliate without formal written agreement with 8777dat.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8777dat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, chargeback activity, or for any other reason the Operator deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team at support@8777dat. Before closure, all pending wagers will be settled and any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet wagered to the required threshold) will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method within 5 business days.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended, marketing communications will be ceased, and the account cannot be reactivated until the exclusion period has fully expired. 8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a consecutive period of 12 months. The Operator will notify the Player via their registered email address before any dormancy fees are applied. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 may be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the Player logging in. Dormant accounts with a zero balance will be closed permanently after 24 months of inactivity.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8777dat, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, game providers, and payment partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from any technical failure, server downtime, or interruption of service.
• Errors in odds, game results, or settlement caused by software malfunction, data feed errors, or human error where such errors are promptly corrected by the Operator.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, tips, statistics, or analysis published on the Platform or on third-party websites.

9.1 Platform Availability

8777dat endeavours to maintain Platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. However, the Operator makes no warranty or representation that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where possible. The Operator shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability during maintenance periods.

9.2 Force Majeure

The Operator shall not be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, nor liable for any delay in performance or failure to perform its obligations, to the extent that such delay or failure results from events, circumstances, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, telecommunications failures, or power outages.

10 Amendments to These Terms

8777dat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Any material changes to this Agreement will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support@8777dat to request account closure.

10.1 Governing Principles

These Terms & Conditions are governed by general principles of international commercial law applicable to offshore gaming operators. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal dispute resolution mechanism. All formal communications relating to disputes must be made in writing to support@8777dat.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced, to the extent possible, with a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.
